As the child of immigrants, Ralph Kenol grew up experiencing the challenges of navigating systems that were new and different to the people seeking their own version of the American Dream.

Whether through his studies at the State University of Old Westbury, or the Cornell Law School, Ralph has always sought to develop a keen understanding of his environment and the ability to make that understanding simple and plain.

In addition to acquiring his Juris Doctor in 2000, Ralph has a developed fluency in English, Spanish, French and Haitian Creole.

Ralph began the practice of law at some of the largest and most prominent firms in South Florida but decided to open up his own practice in 2003 to develop a more personalized practice and focus on the people in the community who needed both guidance in addressing legal issues and a greater understanding of the laws that were impacting their lives.
